Dimensional game designer

Computer games today look very different from what they used to. Partly due to rapid developments in technology, they have taken on a different character. In this workshop, students will design, build and play their own computer game. Using a wide range of techniques, figures, game elements, objects, they will give shape to their fantasy world. Students train their problem-solving skills by increasing the difficulty of their game. In this way, they get the best out of themselves in an engaging way.

Key objectives

48. Through the use of elementary skills, students learn to explore and apply the expressive power of different artistic disciplines to express their own feelings, record experiences, shape imagination and achieve communication.

49. The student learns to present own artistic work, alone or as a participant in a group, to third parties.

52. Students learn to reflect orally or in writing on their own work and the work of others, including artists.
